Grids are ballistic, low-profile glasses/goggle hybrid developed by Wiley X for superb eye protection for sport shooting, outdoor, and law enforcement agencies.
The lenses are extruded, cut, and heat formed from a shatterproof Selenite™ polycarbonate. The glasses are then layered in scratch-resistant and fog-proof hard coating for increased resistance to grazing and surface damage. It also guarantees 100% UVA and UVB protection with distortionless clarity. The transparent lens grants 89% light transmission and natural color accuracy. It is best suited to use in low light conditions and during the nighttime.
Reinforced frame and temples are injection molded from Tryloid™ nylon and anatomically shaped for improved comfort. The utilized material makes it lightweight and exceptionally durable. The Facial Cavity Seal is responsible for blocking-out dirt, dust, and peripheral light. The additional rubber elements on the temple tips reduce fatigue and increase grip.
Grid glasses comply with harsh protection norms while having a mix of modern and sports looks, with a bit of anonymity in the crowd. It makes them a prime choice for outdoor, sports, and law enforcement applications.
